Esther and I want to thank you and your crew – Mark, Mike, Robbie, Cliff, ++ for your excellent work in August 2002 in removing the entire house roof, recovering the roof with 30 year GAF Timberline dimensional shingle, and all the twelve (12) remaining items you specified in our 7/10/02 contract. Our compliments also apply to the four (4) gutter and downspout items in our 7/01/02 contract and the five (5) chimney crown replacements, brushing, water sealing, flue covering and clean-up items in our 7/16/02 contract.
We were particularly pleased with your suggestions in changing the design of the 4” down spouts to the 5” gutters and the attention you personally gave to solving our chimney flashing problems from year’s prior. We also note that you are a “no hassle” company; pleased to work with, do what you say you will do. No damage was done to any our shrubbery, no roof nails in our tires and everything was cleaned up.
If potential customers want to see our 30 year GAF Timberline dimensional shingles look – have them drive by and take a peek at pleasant appearance and your superior work.
